Just a reminder! Every year during the month of February, California Employers with more then 10 employees, are required to post their OSHA Form 200 where their employees can see it. This form must list all recordable incidences of occupational injury illness or death. Include any claims that required medical treatment, involved loss of consciousness, restriction of work or motion or transfer to another job. The only exception is first aid only injuries.
